Check-in and Check-out

What is the check-in time?

Check-in takes place from 16:00 on the day of arrival. You can check in yourself.

We will leave the keys in the letterbox of the accommodation you have booked.

Can I come and check in earlier?

We cannot promise earlier check-in but please write a few days before arrival and we will see what possibilities there are for it.

Do you have to clean up before you check out?

No, you do not need to clean the whole accommodation before checking out. But you do need to throw away the rubbish and start the dishwasher before you leave.

Can we leave luggage/food items before check-in?

You can drop off luggage or groceries before check-in, but it’s usually not cleaned, so you have to take that into account.

What is the check-out time?

Check-out must take place before 10:00 on the day of departure.

Can I check out later?

We cannot promise a later check-out. Should you need it, please contact us the day before departure and we will see what possibilities there are for it.

Is it free to use the sauna and hot tub?

Unfortunately, this is not free of charge and you always need to reserve the sauna and hot tub in advance.

Booking

What are your booking, rental and payment conditions?

After guests confirm their booking (verbally or in writing), the booking fee (50% of the accommodation amount) must be paid within 10 days. The final payment (the remaining amount of the accommodation and any golf/food) is due two weeks before arrival.

What are your cancellation policies?

More than 60 days before arrival: booking fee (50% of accommodation costs) will be charged*
Between 60 and 30 days before arrival: 75% of the total amount of accommodation will be charged*
From 29 days to the day of arrival: 90% of the total amount of accommodation will be charged*
Cancellations on the day of arrival: the total amount of accommodation will be charged*
* This applies to the cancellation of an entire accommodation or more. For individual cancellations in a group booking, we will not refund any accommodation costs. Golf and/or food will be refunded for individual cancellations if canceled at least 48 hours before arrival.

Can I order extra beds in your accommodation?

This possibility is available in some accommodations (Stallet, Längan & Loftet). An extra bed costs SEK 250/night.

Can you provide an air mattress for an extra person?

Unfortunately, it is absolutely forbidden to bring air mattresses or similar for extra people, due to fire safety.

What is included in the price?

The price includes sheets, towels and final cleaning. Toilet paper, kitchen roll and tea towels are also provided.

Can you be reached by public transport?

Unfortunately, there are no public transportation options available to us. You need a car to get here.

Can I walk to the clubhouse at Vasatorps GK from you?

Yes, it is going well. There is a small road to walk on. It takes the same amount of time to walk or drive there.

How far is it to walk to the clubhouse at Vasatorps GK from you?

It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the clubhouse.

Can I park my car for free with you?

Yes, there is enough space to park several cars with us.

Can I charge my electric car with you?

Unfortunately, we do not have any facilities to charge your electric cars with us.

Animals

Can I bring my dog/pet with me when I stay with you?

Yes, please, dogs and pets are welcome to us at a small extra cost of SEK 200 per dog / pet. However, it is important that you inform us that you have a dog / pet with you, as animals are not allowed in all rooms. It is important that your dogs are kept on a leash during your stay as there may be several dogs in the area. Dogs are not allowed on furniture such as sofas and beds.

Is breakfast included?

We offer self-catering in our accommodation and breakfast is not included.

Is there a grill to borrow?

Yes, all residents have access to a barbecue.

Is there access to charcoal?

Charcoal may be left behind by other guests but we will not provide you with charcoal. We recommend you to bring your own charcoal.

What cooking products are available in the kitchen?

Sometimes there may be items such as salt, pepper, coffee, tea or similar left behind by other guests. Unfortunately, we do not provide cooking products.

Can I cook my own food in your restaurant?

Yes, it is possible to cook for yourself. All our accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, such as an oven, toaster, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker and kettle.

Is there a (food) shop nearby?

Yes, there are several options nearby where you can buy food and other things. Väla shopping center, which offers all kinds of shops, is 15 minutes by car and there is also Ica Nära in both Påarp and Mörarp, which is 5 minutes by car.
