Bed linen, towels and final cleaning inclusive.
Extra bed (possible in some bedrooms): SEK 250 per night.
Children bed: SEK 200 per staying period.
Dogs: SEK 2000 per staying period.

Rent and terms of payment:
After you have received the confirmation of booking and invoice we kindly ask you to pay a booking fee (50% of living costs) within 10 days. Final payment has to be done 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation and no show:
Cancellation more than 60 days prior to arrival: booking fee will be charged (50% of total amount)
Cancellation between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival: 60% of the total amount will be charged
Cancellations from 29 days before till day of arrival: 90% of total amount will be charged
Cancellation on day of arrival: total amount will be charged
